In order to get your custom print printed, you need to consider following steps.
• Make sure the image quality is good. If its cutouts, then please make sure that the edges are not blur
• Place your order for custom tshirt here choosing right size
• Mail your image at pg18tshirts@gmail.com and please do mention your order name and order number in subject of the mail
• We take amount of custom orders upfront, you will have to transfer the amount to our bank details or easypaisa/jazzcash account, the custom orders will not be as cash on delivery

PG18tshirts is not responsible for your image in any way. Custom hoodie won't be replaced, returned on size issue or your personal disliking.

  • The Print/Design size on the hoodie varies from 10 to 11 inches as per design and proportionally
  • The color of hoodie and print might vary tad bit from original

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Standard delivery time is 4-7 working days and 2-4 working days for Karachi. You’ll get a confirmation call from us, once the order is confirmed verbally with mutual understanding then 4-7 working days of delivery will be counted. The call for order confirmation will be placed within 24-48 hours of order placement.

Hostel Address

For hostel addresses we take amount upfront, its better for both of us to dispatch the parcel as 0 cod so its delivered for sure.

Refund & Exchange

We don't have any return or exchange policy on size issues, nor there are any refund policy otherwise. So, please refer to our size chart before ordering

If there's a defect in your product, we will exchange the product with new one. For that, you will have to mail us with the picture of defect at pg18tshirts@gmail.com and after verification you will receive the new order within standard delivery time
