Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Standard delivery time is 4-7 working days and 2-4 working days for Karachi. You’ll get a confirmation call from us, once the order is confirmed verbally with mutual understanding then 4-7 working days of delivery will be counted. The call for order confirmation will be placed within 24-48 hours of order placement.

Hostel Address

For hostel addresses we take amount upfront, its better for both of us to dispatch the parcel as 0 cod so its delivered for sure.

Refund & Exchange

We don't have any return or exchange policy on size issues, nor there are any refund policy otherwise. So, please refer to our size chart before ordering

If there's a defect in your product, we will exchange the product with new one. For that, you will have to mail us with the picture of defect at pg18tshirts@gmail.com and after verification you will receive the new order within standard delivery time
